  • Deposits are non-refundable as outlined in our Refund Policy.

4. Intellectual Property
All original content, designs, videos, and materials created by Cre8tive Group remain our property until full payment is received. After that, ownership is transferred per project agreement.

Both parties agree to protect and not disclose confidential information shared during the project.

6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., increased sales or reach).

7. Modifications
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
