General Policy
All purchases of services, strategy sessions, creative work, or digital content from Cre8tive Group are non-refundable once work has commenced or a project has been scheduled.
Deposit & Project-Based Services

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all project-based services (including but not limited to branding, video content, social media management, and landing page design).

If a client chooses to cancel a project before work begins, they may be eligible for a partial refund, minus administrative or prep work fees (if applicable).

Once the project is underway or creative work has been initiated, no refunds will be granted.
Monthly Retainer Services

Monthly service packages (e.g. social media management, content creation) may be canceled with 14 days' written notice before the next billing cycle.

Fees for the current billing cycle are non-refundable, as work and planning for that period begin in advance.
Digital Products or Downloads
Due to the instant-access nature of digital products or templates, all digital sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the product is delivered or accessed.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be issued at Cre8tive Group’s sole discretion in rare and exceptional cases. In these instances, all work completed up to the date of the refund request will be deducted from the refund total.
